AfterEllen is reporting that Jodie Foster may be slowly stepping out of her closet through her recent statement of thanking "my beautiful Cydney" at a recent awards luncheon. She is probably referring to Cydney Bernard, who Foster apparently met on the set of the 1993 film Sommersby and who coincidently happens to have the same middle name as Foster's two sons, Kit Bernard Foster and Charles Bernard Foster. Jodie Foster has won two Best Actress Academy Awards, in 1998 (The Accused) and 1991 (The Silence of the Lambs).
