2008 Australian Open finalist Jo-Wilfried Tsonga won his 4th career ATP title by defeating fellow Frenchman Michael Llodra 7-5 7-6(3) in the final of the Open 13 in Marseilles. Tsonga defeated 2008 Australian Open champion Novak Djokovic for the fourth consecutive time on his way to winning €88,500 and improving to a tour best record of 19 wins and 3 losses for 2009.
