Bork Roberts just like Robert Bork!

He ain't no 'damn Souter'. Bush's first nominee to the Supreme Court, to replace the retiring Sandra Day O'Connor, is John G. Roberts. Since he has only been on the D.C. Court of Appeals for 2 years (though I think it is significant that Bush 37 tried to get him on that court at the outrageously tender age of 37) he doesn't have very many opinions issued for court watchers to parse. He has, however argued 39 cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, primarily for corporate and conservative interests. Bork Roberts like Robert Bork!
