It's interesting how many of these openly gay or lesbian chief executives are at a liberal arts college.
Raynard S. Kington is the president-elect of Grinnell College. He is currently deputy director of the National Institutes of Health, and he will officially become the 13th president of Grinnell College on August 1, 2010.[1] Kington entered a combined B.S./M.D. program at the University of Michigan at age 16, earning his bachelor's degree when he was 19 and the M.D. at 21. He earned an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. in health policy and economics at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.[2]
