Oregon's DP Law Safe From November Repeal

A 3-member panel of the 9th Circuit has upheld a ruling rejecting a lawsuit which was attempting to force a ballot measure to repeal the Oregon Family Fairness Act on November 4th.

Mad Professah has been following this case closely because I'm interested in gay rights advances generally and the political actions by heterosexual supremacists, specifically.

Also, in Oregon, their state constitution has been amended by a previous ballot measure passed in November 2004 to prohibit same-sex marriage, so strong domestic partnerships are the only legal protection gay and lesbian couples are eligible for.
