Victoria Azarenka defeats Serena in Miami Final
2-time defending champion World #1 Serena Williams with a heavily wrapped left thigh and knee lost to 19-year-old World #10 Victoria Azarenka from Belarus in the Sony Ericsson Open final 6-3 6-1.
