"All legislative actions on revenue and budget must be determined by a majority vote."Now, that is something I would be out in the streets collecting signatures to get onto the 2010 ballot, unlike that other thing. Wanna join? Go to www.camajorityrule.com!

Ending (Republican) Minority Rule With One Sentence
Professor George Lakoff has submitted a proposed initiative to the Attorney General consisting of one sentence:
it will be a shame when our (D) Party has to oppose this ballot proposal. Why would our party do such a thing you ask? Lets see, we want to make it easy for legislators to raise taxes (reduce from 2/3rds to 51%) but we will not agree to the same vote standard (reduce from 60% to 51%)when it comes to allowing our party grassroots to endorse the candidates who we want to raise our taxes. This will be fun to defend!
