Speaker Nancy Pelosi tweeted today that the U.S. House of Representatives will vote on a stand-alone House bill (identical to the Senate bill S. 4023 introduced on Friday which now has 40 co-sponsors) as a "privileged bill" to repeal "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" on Wednesday December 15th.
