Speaker John Boehner: "No, You can't!"

The 112th Congress convenes today, with John Boehner (R-OH) as Speaker of the House,  succeeding Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). In the Senate, Majority Leader Harry Reid leads a caucus of 53 Democrats and Independents.

John Boehner is now 2nd in succession for the U.S. Presidency, after the Vice-President.
