GRAPHIC: Whose Policies Caused The U.S. Debt?

A picture is worth a thousand words, yes? Well, then just pretend I wrote a thousand words and look at this picture which explains exactly whose policies are to blame for the projected public debt of the United States.
That would be the policies of the person who was President from 2001-2009. Wait, what was his name again? It's on the tip of my tongue....

    Finally, a graph that depicts what I have been trying to tell people.
    Now if only the Obama-Biden campaign would get that message out to the public - sigh!
    Not impressed by their campaign up until now at all.
