The ad does not use the words "protect marriage" or "defend marriage" and it also says that "everyone deserves love and respect" but no one has the right to "redefine marriage."

Maryland Heterosexual Supremacists Release Ad
Interestingly, the ad tries to convince people that by allowing more people to get married somehow it will change the way in which heterosexuals will be able to get married.
