The finals of the Mutua Madrid Open are set. orld #1 Rafael Nadal will face soon-to-be-Top 10 Kei Nishikori while on the women's side Maria Sharapova will face Simona Halep. Nadal has never lost to Nishikori in 6 meetings and Sharapova has not lost to Halep in 2.

I would be unsurprised if both Nadal and Sharapova win clay titles on Sunday, and should be considered favorites for Roland Garros, especially with their main rivals, Novak Djokovic and Serena Williams, recovering from injury.
