Wow! Republican Governor
Tom Corbett announced today that he would not be appealing
yesterday's decision striking down Pennsylvania's ban on same-sex marriage, thus confirming the Keystone state's status as the 19th marriage equality state in the Union; Now 44% of Americans live in state with marriage equality. Another 17% live in jurisdiction where the marriage law has been invalidated but the decision is on hold pending a higher court resolution.
