2016 US OPEN: Muguruza(3),Raonic(5) Bounced; Venus,Serena Thru To R3

After the first 2 days of almost no upsets at the U.S. Open this year on Wednesday the tournament lost two Top 5 seeds in one day: 2016 French Open champion Garbine Muguruza and 2016 Wimbledon finalist Milos Raonic.

Venus Williams and Serena Williams both won their 2d round matches relatively easily (straight sets).

However, #9 seed Svetlana Kuznetsova lost to Caroline Wozniacki and 2011 US Open champion Sam Stosur lost to Shuai Zhang.
