UPDATE: CA Marriage Law Ruled Unconstitutional
BREAKING NEWS! The State of California lost its argument that marriage can be restricted to opposite sex couples at the trial court level today in Woo vs Lockyer when San Francisco County Superior Court Judge Richard Kramer ruled in favor of the plaintiffs. Just last week oral argument was heard before the Washington State Supreme Court in another same-sex marriage case.
