As reported here a few days ago, George W. Bush has decided that it is fruitless to pursue a constitutional amendment to ban federal recognition of same-sex relationships (a.k.a. the anti-gay marriage amendment). Apparently, the right wingnuts don't read The Mad Professah Lectures or diaries at MyDD since, they only expressed their dismay to the President yesterday, according to the Washington Post (registration required), as noted by the indispensable Political Wire.
