Iran's President Claims His Country Has No Homosexuals
As Joe.My.God says, the reason why Ahmedinejad says there are no homosexuals in Iran is because they keep killing them. Mad Professah covered this story in July of 2006.

Was watching the speech on the Columbia lawn with a few thousand other students - this was by far the comment (and section of the speech) that received the most distaste from the crowd.
Try as he did, Ahmadinejad couldn't spin anything good about women's rights in Iran beyond weak rhetoric and did not even try to look good on the issue of homosexuality.
