Text of CA Supreme Court Order Denying Stay

Pam has posted the text of the Cal Supreme Court order refusing to re-hear the case. There will be no delay in the implementation of the gay marriage ruling. All the justices signd the order, with the issenting Justices Baxer, Chin and Corrigan expressing support for the stay.
