One of the joys of moving into a new neighborhood is slowly discovering the local eateries and other commercial establishments. The Brazilian eatery and grocery store Taste of Brazil immediately stood out from the other places in El Sereno with its huge green and yellow sign (and Brazilian flag).

Taste of Brazil serves as something of a cultural center for the Brazilian diaspora in Los Angeles while simultaneously serving up delicious, genuine Brazilian cuisine.
