The Fox television show
Fringe, created by J.J. Abrams, Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman
has been renewed for a third season. The science-fiction drama is the first of several sci-fi-oriented shows like ABC's
Flash Forward and
V as well as SyFy's
Stargate: Universe (
already renewed) and
Caprica to be renewed to take the mantle when
Lost ends its series run in several weeks.
