The end of an era. What the producers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof called "the most expensive television series made anywhere in the world" in the Sunday New York Times airs its last regular episode tonight, with the two-and-a-half hour long series finale (entitled "The End") being shown on Sunday May 23rd.MadProfessah has watched every single episode, usually live, but sometimes on DVR, from the amazing 2-hour pilot (which first aired on September 22, 2004 but will be shown again this Saturday at 8pm on ABC) to last week's bizarre episode depicting the ancient origins of the two central characters "Jacob" and "the Man in Black" (Jacob's brother).
