Michael Peña (
Crash, Million Dollar Baby) will be appearing in what will probably be his most high-profile film yet,
Olive Stone's World Trade Center (to be released August 9), co-starring Oscar-winner
Nicolas Cage. I first noticed Peña on NBC's
ER but he was one of the best things about last year's Best Picture Oscar winner
Crash. I must confess I didn't notice him in 2004 Best Picture
Million Dollar Baby but you may remember him from
the one-sheet image for the movie as the distraught Latino father of the little girl who gets shot by the crazed Iranian shopkeeper.
