Marina Hingis announced that she was immediately retiring from tennis (again) due to the gact that she had tested positive for a cocaine metabolite at Wimbledon and did not want to spend years fighting the doping officials to clear her name, although she continued to deny any drug use at any time during her 12-year career.

This whole thing is as weird as she is, and, while I don't know if she did use, it would behoove her to try and clear her name, as this is not the way I would assume she would want to go out. Kind of sad to see her cocky,arrogant in your face attitude bought down by scandal.
