The attorneys for same-sex couples hoping to permanently strike down Utah's ban on gay marriages
have filed their brief opposing
Utah's motion for an emergency stay of the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejection of their multiple requests to stay the District Court's order that resulted in
marriage equality coming to Utah on December 20.
