I have a 9 hour layover in London Heathrow (LHR) but happily my Premiere Executive status on United provides me and a guest (The Other Half) access to the Star Alliance Lounge which has free hot food, cold cut, fruit, cold drinks, hot drinks, snacks and even showers. And free Internet to send this post to my blog.
