Thanks to Joe.My.God I was alerted to this New York Post headline about the Eliot Spitzer sex scandal.Although it appears unlikely that he will be able to salvage his position as Governor of New York (or his political career), Mad Professah disagrees that he should resign. Professor Alan Dershowitz agrees with me.

I don't know if he should resign or not, but, if its true that he had his "sex worker" cross state lines for his pleasure, he should and will be prosecuted. And, on top of that he should be made to pay a fine for paying that much money for 5 or 10 minutes with this woman and her apparently awesome skills.
