Survivor Fiji Winner

The Survivor Fiji winner of one million dollars is Earl, a 35-year old African American ad executive from Santa Monica, California although the best player on the show was Yau-Man, who was clearly the smartest player although not the physically strongest. Yau-Man ended up fourth, after he made a deal with Dreamz, 25-year old formerly homeless African American from Wilmington, North Carolina that if Dreamz would win immunity at the Final Four stage then he would give the immunity to Yau-Man in exchange for a $60, 000 Ford truck. Yau-Man had won the truck during the reward challenge when six people were left. Dreamz agreed to the deal but then reneged after learning that the final 3 would be facing the jury of nine for the million dollar prize.

"The curse of the car" continued since neither Yau-Man nor Dreamz became the "sole Survivor."

After making such a clear betrayal of trust there was very little chance the jury would vote for Dreamz, but one thing was clear: an African American would be walking away with a million dollars. Actually, two things were clear: there was no way that the third finalist, Cassandra a 42-year old college administrator at the UCLA Civil and Environmental Engineering department, would even get a vote from the jury.

For the first time in Survivor history the jury's decision was unanimous: 9-0 in favor of Earl.

UPDATE: Great minds think alike: Keith Boykin still watches Survivor, too!
